Take part in the B.Smart Challenge!
Eating healthy foods gives our bodies the energy to work and play.
During March, which is National Nutrition Month, the B.Smart Challenge is to actively pursue variety by exploring new tastes.
You might consider trying ham fried rice, bean enchiladas or vegetarian chowder for lunch with the children.
At the end of the month, print a participation certificate for the kids for this challenge in the B.Smart Cyber Club page of this site.
