Herb Bagel Crisps Recipe

 







   Serving Size:
4 crisps provide 0.5 oz grain for 3- 5 year old.

 

   Yield:
24 crisps

 


 

Ingredients:

3 (1 oz.) whole wheat bagels
1 Tbsp. butter or melted margarine
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 minced cloves garlic
1 tsp. dried basil

Directions:
Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Cut bagels into 8- 1/4-inch slices. Mix oil, butter and garlic. Brush oil mixture on one side of the bagel slices. Sprinkle with basil. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake until crisp, 10 - 12 minutes.
