Paper Bag Kites

 

Materials

• ~ Lunch size paper bags
• ~ Markers or crayons
• ~ Stickers
• ~ Crepe paper streamers
• ~ Tape
• ~ Yarn

Directions

• ~ Decorate each bag using the markers, crayons and stickers.
• ~ Tape a one-foot piece of crepe paper streamer on each of the four sides of the bag, near the bottom.
• ~ Tape a two-foot piece of yarn inside the top of the bad to make the handle.
• ~ Bring the children outside and let them run. The wind will fill their kites so that they fly behind them!
