Crockpot Pork Roast

 

   Serving Size:
1/18 of roast is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.

 

   Yield:
18 servings

 


 

Ingredients:

1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1/3 c. Western type French salad dressing
2 Tbsp. dry onion soup mix
3 lbs. pork loin roast

Directions:
In a medium bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, salad dressing and onion soup mix. Place pork in a slow cooker and pour the sauce over the pork. Cook on high setting for 4 hours OR on low setting for 8 hours. Pork is done when its internal temperature has reached 160 degrees.
