Greg's Grub Beef & Pasta Casserole

 

   Serving Size:
1 serving (1/8 of dish) is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate, 1/4 cup vegetable and 1 oz grain for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.

 

   Yield:
8 servings

 


 

Ingredients:

2 c. uncooked spiral noodles
1 lb. cooked, lean ground beef beef
1 (10 oz. pkg.) thawed and drained spinach
1 (16 oz. can) diced tomatoes with juice
1/4 c. black olives
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 c. canned fried onion rings

Directions:
Combine in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
