Dad's Day Craft Project

 

Materials

• ~ Fish pattern
• ~ Construction paper
• ~ Scissors
• ~ Markers or paint
• ~ Sticks (from trees)
• ~ String

Instructions

• ~ Draw a fish pattern like the one shown on construction paper.
• ~ Cut out the fish pattern.
• ~ Decorate each fish with markers or paint.
• ~ Punch a hole in each fish to tie the string through.
• ~ Attach the string to a stick.
• ~ On the back of the fish, print the words, Dad, You're a great catch!

Keep in mind that some children may have more than one dad or special male caregiver, so they may need to make more than one fish.
