Wholesome Halloween Meal
If you are looking for a nutritious dish for your little ghosts and goblins to sink their fangs into before they load their bags (and their tummies) with candy, then look no more.
Materials
- ~ Tortillas
- ~ Shredded cheddar cheese
- ~ Broccoli
Instructions
- ~ Chop and lightly steam fresh or frozen broccoli.
- ~ Use a sharp knife to cut a Jack-o-Lantern face into one tortilla.
- ~ Prepare a frying pan or griddle with cooking spray.
- ~ Place the Jack-o-Lantern face in the pan and cook for about 1 minute. Remove from pan.
- ~ Place a whole tortilla in the pan and top it with the shredded cheese and chopped broccoli. Lay the Jack-o-Lantern face down on top of it. Cook until cheese is melted.
