Holiday Bells

 

Supplies:

• ~ Empty yogurt containers-one per child
• ~ Aluminum foil
• ~ Pipe cleaners
• ~ Bells

Directions:

• ~ Only an adult should prepare this part of the project. Punch a small hole in the bottom of each washed, empty yogurt cup.
• ~ Thread a jingle bell onto a pipe cleaner and then thread the pipe cleaner through the hole. Secure with tape.
• ~ Tear off a piece of aluminum foil for each child. The piece of foil should be about twice as wide as the yogurt container.
• ~ Set the container near the bottom edge of the foil and begin to roll the container, molding the foil to the sides as you go.
• ~ Fold the edge of foil around the opening of the container.
• ~ Use the excess foil at the top to create a handle for your bell.
