Cottage Cheese Ranch Dip

Serving Size:

1/4 cup is a 0.5 oz meat alternate at snack for a 3-5 year old.

Yield:

3 cups

Ingredients:

1 (24 oz.) container of cottage cheese

1 pkg. dry ranch dressing/dip mix

milk to thin, as needed

Directions:

Blend the cottage cheese, then stir in the dip mix. Add milk to thin to desired consistency. Serve as a dip with raw vegetables.
