Totem Pole

 

Materials

• ~ Paper Towel Tube
• ~ Construction Paper
• ~ Scissors
• ~ Tape or Glue
• ~ Paint
• ~ Paint Brush

Instructions

• ~ Use the paper towel tube for the "pole" of the Totem Pole and paint Native American designs on it (like faces, animals, the heads of birds, etc...).
• ~ Cut bird wings, arms, sticks, boards, etc... out of construction paper and glue or tape them to the sides of the Totem Pole.
• ~ Children can take this home to their families to enjoy as a nice late summer/early fall decoration.
