Carrot and Potato Patties

 

   Serving Size:
1 patty is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.

 

   Yield:
2 cups

 


 

Ingredients:

2 c. cold, mashed potato(es)
1 large carrot(s)
1 tsp. vegetable oil, butter or margarine

Directions:
Grate carrot. Mix with potatoes and shape into 8 patties. Bake in 450 degree oven on greased cookie sheet until gold brown and tender.
