Broccoli Corn Bake Recipe

 

   Serving Size:
1/4 cup bake is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.

 

   Yield:
2 1/4 cups

 


 

Ingredients:

1 (12 oz.) can drained corn
1 1/2 cups frozen, chopped broccoli
1/8 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. milk
1 cup shredded cheese
7 crushed crackers

Directions:
In a 1-quart microwave safe casserole combine corn, broccoli, onion powder and pepper. Microwave, covered on high for 3 - 4 minutes or until broccoli is almost tender. Stir in cheese, and milk. Cook, covered on high for 2 - 4 minutes or until cheese melts and broccoli is tender, stirring twice. Sprinkle with crushed crackers.
