Chicken Casserole

 

   Serving Size:
1/6 of casserole is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable.

 

   Yield:
6 servings

 


 

Ingredients:

10 oz. frozen vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms, optional
2 c. chunk, cooked or canned chicken
1 c. crushed potato chips

Directions:
Let the children decide which vegetable(s) to add. Then mix the vegetables, chunk chicken, shredded cheese and can of soup together. Place in a greased 8 x 8 dish. Let the kids crush the potato chips and sprinkle chips over the top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
