Crockpot Breakfast

 

   Serving Size:
1/15 of recipe is 2 oz. meat/ meat alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable serving for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch supper.

 

   Yield:
15 servings

 


 

Ingredients:

1 32 oz. package hash browns
2 c. chopped ham or cooked sausage
1 c. finely chopped onion, optional
3 cups of your favorite shredded cheese
12 egg(s)
salt, pepper and seasoning to taste
milk

Directions:
In crock pot layer half of the hash browns, half of the cooked meat, half the onion, half of the cheese until you fill the crock. Scramble the eggs add desired amount of milk, salt, pepper and any other seasoning. Pour egg mixture over meat and potato layers. Turn heat to high and cook for 4- 6 hours. Note from provider: This is such a hit with everyone we have over for brunch that I make it all the time with all kinds of ingredients. If we are feeling hot that day I will use hot sausage and serve with salsa.
