Spaghetti Yogurt Dip

 

   Serving Size:
1/3 cup is 0.5 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3-5 year old at snack

 

   Yield:
3 cups

 


 

Ingredients:

1 envelope dry spaghetti sauce mix
1 c. yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)
1 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. chopped pepperoni
1/2 c. finely chopped green pepper

Directions:
Blend cottage cheese with yogurt until creamy. Add remaining ingredients. Chill several hours or overnight.
