Corn Dog Muffins

 

   Serving Size:
One muffin is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and a 1 oz grain for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.

 

   Yield:
8 muffins

 

 

Ingredients:

1 (12 oz. - 8 count) package all meat wieners
1 (8 oz.) package of enriched corn muffin mix

Directions:
Prepare corn bread mix according to package directions. Spray jumbo muffin tin or custard cups with non-stick spray. Dice each hot dog into small pieces and place one diced hot dog into each muffin tin. Top with prepared corn bread mix. Bake as directed.
