1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
18 whole grain crackers
3/4 cup prepared spaghetti sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. Place crackers on baking sheet pan and sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese begins to melt, about 5 minutes. Remove crackers from oven and top with 2 teaspoons of spaghetti sauce.
