Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

 

Materials

  • ~ 1 c. Pumpkin Seeds
  • ~ 1 Tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • ~ 1 Tbsp. Melted Margarine or Oil
  • ~ Garlic Powder


Save the pumpkin seeds from a pumpkin. Rinse to remove and strings. Drain well. Combine the Worcestershire sauce with the margarine or oil and sprinkle over the seeds. Sprinkle with garlic powder and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until nearly dry.

Yield: 10 servings

Serving size: 1/2 ounce equals one meat alternate for 1-6 year old snack.
