Berry Banana Split

 

   Serving Size:
One serving is a 1/2 cup fruit and a 0.5 oz meat/meat alternate for a 3-5 year old for snack.

 

   Yield:
6 servings

 


 

Ingredients:

6 banana(s)
1 cup fresh or frozen berries
1 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)

Directions:
Cut bananas in half lengthwise, and then cut again, so each banana produces 4 long slices. Put 1/4 cup yogurt in each bowl. Place 2 banana quarters on either side of each bowl. Top with berries.
