Sassy Salmon

 







   Serving Size:
1 1/2 filets provide 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.

 

   Yield:
9 filets

 


 

Ingredients:

14 oz salmon
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp. low sodium soy sauce
1 Tbsp orange juice
2 Tbsp. olive oil

Directions:
Preheat over to 375 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper. Cut salmon into 9 equal pieces. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, orange juice and olive oil. Set aside. Place filets on baking sheet and spoon the honey mixture over them. Place baking sheet on middle rack of oven. Bake until fish is firm, 7-10 minutes.
