Pretzel Chicken

 







   Serving Size:
1 piece is 1.5 oz meat/meat alternate for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.

Ingredients:

1 lb boneless, skinless breasts of chicken
1 beaten egg(s)
3/4 cup crushed pretzels

Directions:
Cut chicken into 6 portions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with cooking spray. Dip chicken in eggs and dredge in pretzels. Place chicken pieces on baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees.
