Three Shape Cereal Trail Mix

 



   Serving Size:
3/4 cup provides 0.5 oz grain for a 3-5 year old at snack

 

   Yield:
4 1/2 cups of cereal mix

 

 

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups "O" shaped (ex Cheerios) cereal
1 1/2 cups hexagon-shaped (ex. Crispix) cereal
1 1/2 cups whole grain square (ex. Chex) cereal

Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the cereals together.
