Crunchy Fruit Kabobs

 







   Serving Size:
2 kabobs is a 1/2 cup fruit and 1 oz grain for a 3-5 year old at breakfast

 

   Yield:
Makes 12 kabobs

 


 

Ingredients:

1 cup canned chunked pineapple
1 cup cubed cantaloupe
1 cup cubed honeydew
1/2 cup grapes
3 large strawberries
3/4 cup vanilla yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)
1 1/2 cups granola

Directions:
Thread fruit on skinny cocktail straws or long toothpicks. Place yogurt and granola in separate shallow bowls or plates. Roll each kabob in the yogurt and then in the granola.
