Citrus Corn

 







   Serving Size:
1/4 cup provides 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.

 

   Yield:
3 cups

 


 

Ingredients:

3 cups thawed frozen corn
3 Tbsp butter
1 1/2 tsp lime zest or grated lemon zest
salt

Directions:
1. In saucepan, melt the butter. Add the corn and cook over medium heat for 1-2 minutes.
2. Sprinkle corn with lime zest and salt (to taste) over corn, and stir. Cook an additional 5 minutes.
