Hat Day

 

January 20th is Hat Day. Ask each child to bring a hat from home that they would like to share for the day with other children. If possible, collect various types of hats used in different occupations; a hard hat, a fireman's hat, a military uniform hat, a football helmet, etc... Let the children take turns trying on the different hats and identifying what type of person would wear each one.
