White Kale Pizza


   Serving Size:
1 slice is 1.5 oz meat/meat alternate, 1 oz grain/bread and a 1/8 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper


6 slices




1 prepared pizza crust
12 oz. container part-skim ricotta cheese
1 bunch chopped, stems removed kale
1 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese

Spread prepared crust with ricotta cheese. Top with chopped kale and shredded cheese. Bake at 450 for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and edges of kale are crispy brown.
