Slice half of the onion and chop the rest; set aside. Place crust on an ungreased 12-inch pizza pan. Spread beans over crust to within 1/2 inch of edges. Top with cheddar cheese and sliced onion. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with lettuce, Mexican cheese, chopped onion, tomato, olives and tortilla chips.
Yield: 12 slices
Serving Size: 1 slice is a 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate, 1/4 cup vegetable and 1 oz grain for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
