Measure rolled oats into 8" x 12" microwavable dish. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on high, stirring halfway through cooking time. Stir next 6 ingredients into rolled oats. Place margarine in 1 cup glass measure. Microwave on high until melted. Combine margarine, honey and vanilla; pour over oatmeal mixture stirring until thoroughly combined. Microwave on medium until well heated (7-8 minutes) stirring twice during cooking time. Press mixture firmly against bottom of dish with back of spoon. Allow to cool. Break apart with fork. Store tightly covered, up to 1 week.
Yield: 4 cups
Serving Size: 1/8 cup provides 0.5 oz grain for a 3 - 5 year old at breakfast or snack.
