Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Saute turkey, onion, garlic, green pepper and chili powder until turkey is no longer pink. Remove from heat; stir in salsa. Spread mixture into 2 3/4 cup casserole dish; top with corn chips. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Yield: 4 servings
Serving Size: One serving (1/4 of recipe) provides 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/ supper.
