Brown ground beef draining excess fat. Add remaining ingredients except biscuits and cheese. Simmer to blend flavors. Press one biscuit into a muffin tin, covering the bottom and the sides. Fill with meat mixture. Place a slice of cheese on top. Bake at 400 degrees about 15 minutes until crusts are brown.
Yield: 16 cups
Serving Size: One cup is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1 oz grain for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
