A Cents-ible Craft

 

Materials

• ~ Quarters and pennies
• ~ Tape
• ~ Strips of cardboard
• ~ White paper
• ~ Crayons

Instructions

• ~ Securely tape quarters and pennies to strips of cardboard. Taping the coins to the cardboard will help reduce the choking risk of a child swallowing a coin, but will not prevent it. Be sure to provide close supervision during this project.
• ~ Have the children place the strips under their sheet of white paper.
• ~ Color over the top to create a coin rubbing.
