Place tortilla on sprayed baking sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on tortilla, making sure to get cheese to the edge. Bake at 425 degrees until cheese melts. Top tortilla with vegetables and chopped meat; fold in half. Crimp edges together using a fork. Bake until crisp, about 5 - 7 minutes. Serve with spaghetti or pizza sauce.
Yield: 1 calzone
Serving Size: 1 calzone is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and a 1 oz grain for 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
