Mix mayonnaise, cheddar cheese, celery and onions in large bowl. Add corn and green beans and mix thoroughly. Place in sprayed 2 quart casserole. Mix bread crumbs with margarine; sprinkle on top of vegetable mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
Yield: 5 1/2 cups
Serving Size: 1/4 cup casserole is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
