Wash, trim and cut out any bad spots on the potatoes. Cut into 3-4 inch strips about 1/4 inch thick. Place in bowl or plastic bag with olive oil; toss to coat. Arrange in single layer, skin side down on non-stick pan. Sprinkle with seasoning. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 - 40 minutes. Flip after 20 minutes if desired.
Yield: 3 cups
Serving Size: 1/4 cup fries is 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
