Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease bottom of 15 medium muffin cups. Beat egg, stir in milk and oil. Mix remaining ingredients just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake about 20 minutes.
Store in freezer and remove one as needed.
Yield: 15 muffins
