Pour canned beans into a large baking pan. Combine onions, molasses, dry mustard, brown sugar, water, tomato paste and ham. Blend well. Pour mixture over beans and stir to combine. Cover. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 hours. Remove cover during last half hour of baking to brown beans.
Yield: 4 cups
Serving Size: 1/3 cup beans is a 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch.
