Brown hamburger and season with salt or seasoned salt and pepper to taste. Add the tomato soup, cream of mushroom soup and water and stir well. Add the balance of the ingredients and place in a casserole dish with a lid. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours.

Serving Size: One serving is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
