Mix flour, eggs milk and cinnamon together. Heat buttered muffin pan in a very hot oven until it hisses when sprinkled with water. Fill each muffin cup slightly over half full with batter. Have ready: mashed bananas, blueberries, sliced peaches or fruit of your choice. Place a teaspoonful of fruit on top of each popover muffin and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Lower temperature to 350 degrees and bake for 15 more minutes.
