Mystery Meatballs

 

Ingredients:

1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg(s)
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
6 oz. (10 cubes) cheddar cheese

Directions:

In medium bowl, combine turkey, egg, bread crumbs and soup mix. Shape mixture into 10 1-1/2 inch balls. Press a cheese cube into the center of each, completely covering with meat. Chill in refrigerator for one hour. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 - 50 minutes.


Yield: 10 meatballs
Serving Size: One meatball is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
