Meat and Veggie Wrap

 

Ingredients:

4 large flour tortilla(s)
1/3 cup herb cream cheese or ranch dressing
6 oz. thinly sliced roast beef, turkey or ham
6 oz. thinly sliced cheese
spinach leaves, optional
1/2 cup chopped or shredded vegetables

Directions:

Place tortilla flat on a piece of plastic wrap. Spread with dressing or cream cheese. Layer meat, cheese and vegetables on top of dressing. Roll up tortilla and seal with plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Serve with additional ranch dressing if desired.


Yield: 8 servings
Serving Size: One-half tortilla wrap is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1 oz grain for 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
