Breakfast Tortilla

 

Ingredients:

6 enriched flour or whole wheat tortilla(s)
6 banana(s)
6 Tbsp. peanut butter

Directions:

Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon peanut butter. Peel banana; place near edge of tortilla. Roll up banana in tortilla.


Yield: 6 breakfast tortillas
Serving Size: One tortilla is a grain serving, 0.5 oz MMA and (1/2 cup) fruit for 3 - 5 year old at breakfast or snack.
