Citrus Salad

 

Ingredients:

2 large, peeled sectioned grapefruit(s)
4 peeled and sectioned orange(s)
1/2 c. orange juice

Directions:

Peel and section grapefruit and oranges, removing membrane. Place in a bowl, pour over orange juice. Stir to coat; chill. One 16 oz. can of grapefruit sections can be substituted for the fresh grapefruit.


Yield: 4 cups
Serving Size: 1/2 cup salad is a 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at breakfast or snack. 1/4 cup salad is a 1/4 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at lunch/dinner.
