Tuna Cakes

 

Ingredients:

2 (6.5 oz.) cans tuna
2 Tbsp. milk
3 egg(s)
1 c. finely crushed cracker crumbs

Directions:

Mix all ingredients together and form into 8 patties. Pan fry slowly and brown on both sides.


Yield: 8 patties
Serving Size: One patty is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
