Mixed Fruit Salad

 

Ingredients:

1 c. grapes
2 pared and diced apple(s)
2 sliced banana(s)
2 (11 oz,) cans drained mandarin orange(s)
3 Tbsp. vanilla yogurt (less than 3.83 gm sugar per oz)

Directions:

Place prepared fruits in bowl; add yogurt. Stir to mix and coat with yogurt.


Yield: 4 cups
Serving Size: 1/2 cup salad is 1/2 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at breakfast/snack. 1/4 cup salad is 1/4 cup fruit for a 3-5 year old at lunch/dinner.
