In a small stock pot mix flour, poultry seasoning and salt together. Gradually stir in broth with a whisk until blended. Heat to boiling over medium heat, stirring constantly. Stir in vegetables and potatoes, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes. Add chicken and simmer until chicken is heated and vegetables are tender.
Yield: 7 servings
Serving Size: One serving (1/7 of recipe) is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 1/4 cup vegetable for a 3-5 year old at lunch/supper.
