Crockpot Barbecued Chicken

 

Ingredients:

3 lbs.boneless chicken thighs
1/2 c. water
1 (32 oz.) jar barbecue sauce
Cooked rice or noodles, optional

Directions:

Brown chicken thighs. Add to crock-pot with barbecue sauce and water. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles.


Yield: 15 servings
Serving Size: 1/3 cup chicken is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
