Pizza Delight Casserole

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lb. hamburger

1/2 cup chopped onion

1 (15.5 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce

1 tsp. garlic salt

1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce

1 tsp. salt

1 tsp. pepper

1/2 (16 oz.) pkg. extra wide egg noodles

1 (10.5 oz.) can cheddar cheese soup

8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions:

Brown hamburger with chopped onion in a skillet; drain. Add spaghetti sauce, tomato sauce, garlic salt, salt and pepper to the meat mixture. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. Add cheddar cheese soup to cooked noodles. In a 9x13 pan put a layer of noodles and meat sauce. Continue layering and finish with meat sauce. (Willie adds fresh baby spinach on one layer.) Top with mozzarella cheese on top. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.

Yield: 12 servings
Serving Size: One serving (1/12 of recipe) is 1.5 oz meat, 1/4 cup vegetable and a 1 oz grain for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
