1. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat.
2. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and puree until smooth.
3. Pour the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake.
4. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
Yield: 6 pancakes
Serving Size: One pancake provides 1 oz grain for a 1 - 5 year old.
