Heat oven to 450 degrees. Cook beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring a few times, until brown; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, and mustard. Spoon beef mixture into an ungreased 8 inch pan. In a small bowl stir flour, baking powder, egg, milk and margarine until mixed. Pour over beef mixture; and spread evenly. Squirt additional ketchup in a zigzag design on top if desired. Bake for 18 - 22 minutes or until crust is light golden brown. Cut into 8 pieces.
Yield: 8 pieces
Serving Size: One piece is 1.5 oz meat/ meat alternate and 0.5 oz grain for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
