Cut the fish into individual strips or nugget sized pieces (24 pieces total). Dip in French dressing and roll in cheese crackers. Place fish on baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish is flaky.
Yield: 24 fish sticks
Serving Size: Three fish sticks is 1.5 oz meat/meat alternate for a 3 - 5 year old at lunch/supper.
